What's for dinner??

Hey Everyone,

Hope you are all having a good day today!!!  For dinner tonite, we are just having leftovers!  I have some chicken and zuchini left over from last nite (and it was sooo goood) Chad has some bratwursts (ewww) and there's other things in there I can't think of right now! It's soo hard for me to not go grocery shopping right now.. but we have to clean out our fridge, because we leave for vacation on Sat!!!!!! 

When we get back though.. I'm hitting Costco, Trader Joes and Safeway!!  My fridge and fruit bowl is BARE!!!!!!!!

Sooo what's everyone else doing for dinner????

I have some ribs in the crock pot right now. They should be done good and ready about dinner time.

I will make a salad to go with it.

I'm BBQing hamburgers and hot dogs and having salad and cantaloupe to go with it. I bought  these 97% fat free Hebrew Nationals and they only have 1.5 grams of fat each. They taste good too! I love to have a weiner without the bun and smother it in mustard and saurkraut. mmmm

Leftovers from lunch...beef bottom prepared with a spicy rub and pico de gallo...have so much left over because of the sticking issue.  I have leftover ribs too...some of this stuff is going to have to go into the freezer.

I am making a steak that's been marinated in worsteshire sauce and making spinach to go with it.
